A problem with dispensing an ePrescription abroad for a Czech patient
In the event that a Czech patient arrives at your pharmacy for whom an ePrescription cannot be dispensed and a problem arises that cannot be resolved on the spot, it is possible for the pharmacist to contact the contact points below. When communicating, the following information must be provided:
- In which country the problem occurred
- Identification details of the patient for whom the medicine was prescribed (see images below):
- ePrescription identifier
- Description of the problem that occurred.
